🐷 Where’s Winnie? – A Hunt for the Sutter Street Pig!
March 1–29, 2026 | Historic Folsom
Hi friends! I’m Winnie! March 1 is National Pig Day, but I decided one day just isn’t enough… so I’m celebrating ALL month long in Historic Folsom! Come find me!
I’ll even be popping out for surprise cameo appearances all month long, strolling around the district to say hi!
Get ready for a month-long pig adventure in Historic Folsom! Join us for Where’s Winnie?—a playful scavenger hunt where families explore the district in search of Winnies hidden throughout the district – inside shops and outside too.
Join us for three fun activities during Where’s Winnie in Historic Folsom.
📍 Start Here: Pick Up Your Passport
Beginning March 1, participants can pick up a Where’s Winnie Passport at any participating business.
With over 30 locations, there are plenty of places to explore!
1️⃣ Find Winnie Inside the Shops
Search inside participating businesses for a stuffed pink pig that looks like Winnie.
-
Winnie stays inside each store all month (She is not removed).
-
When you find her, point her out to the shopkeeper.
-
Get your passport signed or stamped.
-
Visit as many locations as possible between March 1 and 29.
-
Trade completed (or nearly completed) passport for a raffle ticket at ANY participating merchant for the prize drawing.
2️⃣ Hunt for Mini Winnies Outside
Keep an eye out for mini “Winnies”—tiny plastic pink piglets hidden outside throughout the district!
-
These are pink rubber piglets about 2 inches in size.
-
About 100 mini piglets will be hidden outside each week.
-
Each mini Winnie has the name of a merchant on it.
-
Take it to that merchant to:
-
Exchange it for a small prize, or
-
Keep it as a souvenir—your choice!
-
3️⃣ Pigs in the Plaza
