• General Admission: $22.24 ($20.00 + $2.24 fee), for ages 10 and up
• General Admission – Child: $18.10 ($16.00 + $2.10 fee), for ages 4–9
• Skate Assist – Entire Session: $17.07 ($15.00 + $2.07 fee), for children 12 or under and 5’2” or shorter
• Season Pass: $260.29 ($250.00 + $10.29 fee)
• Fireside Seating Reservation: $130.92 ($125.00 + $5.92 fee), seats up to 10

All ticket options include skate rental.

Pets are not allowed at the rink. Only service animals are permitted.

We are committed to making our venue an accessible and enjoyable experience for everyone! The sidewalk leading to the ticket booth is ADA accessible from the Leidesdorff Street entrance.

Wheelchairs are welcome on the ice as long as they do not have studded tires. Guests who need support may have a caregiver accompany them on the ice. Caregivers receive free admission, as they will not be skating, and they will simply assist by pushing the wheelchair while wearing ice shoe grips, which are provided at no cost.

ADA-accessible restrooms are also available on site.

Free parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the rink

The lost and found is located at the check-in booth at the entrance.

Lockers are also available to rent for $2 per session. Locker rentals can be booked only at the on-site box office.

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring outside food and drinks. We also have a
new concession stand this year offering snacks and hot chocolate for
purchase. *Please note: Alcohol is not permitted on-site.

The rink doesn’t get muddy or dirty, and we will keep it open even if it’s raining. We recommend checking the weather and preparing accordingly. In case of lightning or dangerous weather, the rink may close. Please keep an eye on our social media for any updates.

We currently offer $2 off for military personnel with valid military ID.

At this time, all tickets are non-refundable. If you’d like, you can gift your ticket to someone by sharing it via email or text.

Once you’ve chosen a new date and time, let us know and we can adjust your reservation for you.

You’re welcome to check in and enter the rink any time within your ticket reservation window. Please note that each session is 90 minutes long, and we’re unable to extend skating time beyond your reserved session.

If you need to reschedule to a different time, just let us know and we’d be happy to help!

If you arrive earlier than expected, we can usually admit you 10–15 minutes before your session begins.
